Arthur "Doc" Lachicotte founded the company in 1991, applying 40 years of experience in real estate development and sales including a retail shopping complex of over 20 stores and restaurants, known as The Hammock Shops. The Lachicotte legacy continues to the next generation today as Doc’s daughter, Louise "Lou” Lachicotte has taken the reigns as president and broker in charge of the family’s real estate and rental business.
