King House

King House is a beautiful villa designed by architect Thomas Dehen renowned for designing exquisite villas on the exclusive island of Mustique. This property is located on a prime cliff-top plot overlooking beautiful Princess Margaret Beach, which was higlighted by the (UK) Guardian as one of the top 10 best beaches in the world. From this grand position one can enjoy views of the yachts of all sizes sailing in and out of bustling Admiralty Bay. 

Lower Bay Beach, which has been a favorite amongst locals and tourists alike for many years, especially on weekends, is a leisurely stroll downhill with many good restaurants and bars along the lush stretch of beach. 

The property was completely rebuilt on the site of an old fishing cottage, which had been standing there for several decades. Its unique and contemporary, split design followed the natural contours of the land as much as possible. The property features one of the most beautiful pools in the grenadines with a waterfall that cascades from a plunge pool that is located on the balcony of the master suite. 

The comfortable living area is adjacent to the kitchen which has a large walk-in pantry and a conveniently positioned laundry room. There is a also a cloakroom and full bathroom with a shower for the convenince of visiting guests. 

Outdoors there is a covered gazebo, which can comfortably seat 16 people with a bar, all in close proximity to a splendid outdoor kitchen with barbecue, wine cooler and dishwasher making this an outstanding place for entertaining.  There is even abother area below the pool, which is designed to accommodate a fire which is another wonderful place to relax. 

The spacious property has amazing views from every angle but is not so large that it becomes impractical. The property has many unique features in its design and was completely custom built to incorporate local as well as international elements.
