Partners Trust Sells Vince Vaughn's La Canada Home
Leverage Partner Partners Trust has sold Vince Vaughn's La Cañada home for $4.8 million. Christine Navarro of Partners Trust handled the transaction.
As the L.A. Times reported, he purchased the home three years ago. The neoclassical home, built in 2000, has a timeless appearance with a grand columned porch, lush landscaping, and exquisitely crafted traditional touches.

The five-bedroom home sits on approximately 3/4 of an acre. A gracious two-story entry with sweeping staircase leads to the living room and formal dining room which feature large windows and finely detailed moldings.
The gourmet kitchen has a butler's pantry and adjoins the light filled family room. The family room opens out to a covered brick patio, salt water pool, lawn and sport court.

A rich paneled library, guest room or office, laundry room and powder room complete the first floor. The master suite features a large closet, spectacular bath with soaking tub, steam shower, and views of the yard. This home also has an attached three car garage with plenty of storage.
